Empire of Ice 2026 Roadmap
Our focus for the rest of 2026 is to create a more consistent, immersive, and community-driven experience across Empire of Ice. This means improving content delivery, upgrading the storefront, strengthening SEO visibility, and building better member features that make the platform easier and more rewarding to use.
Content Release Goal
Starting in May 2026, our goal is to release at least 1 episode per month on a steady schedule. This is a major priority for the year and will help create stronger momentum, better reader retention, and a more reliable experience for members following the story.
Storefront Updates
We will be updating the store to improve product visibility, overall organization, and the shopping experience. This includes refining collections, improving product presentation, and making it easier for visitors to browse and purchase items connected to the Empire of Ice world.
SEO and Discoverability
A major 2026 priority is improving SEO and findability so more readers and shoppers can discover us organically. This includes better page structure, stronger keyword targeting, clearer metadata, improved internal linking, and more searchable content across the site.
Member Quality-of-Life Improvements

Q1 2026 Update
Most of the first quarter of 2026 has happened behind the scenes, with a major focus on artwork and visual development. A lot of time and energy has gone into drawing, refining, and preparing the world of Empire of Ice for what comes next.
The biggest update: the new prologue episode is out now. If you have not read it yet, now is the perfect time to step back into the Known World.

Devlog: Version 0.3.1
Update Release Date: December 19, 2025.
Overview: In version 0.3.1 we've been focused all on accessibility. With an updated color scheme, higher contrasts and a better layout, readability is clearer and navigation is more user-friendly.
Website updates:
The Color Theme : The color theme in the previous version was more muted with transparencies that made some pages hard to read. Some of the elements might've been outside of the reachable area.
Accessibility : Our site is made of over 500 pages, and each one has a structure that is used not only by us, but by search platforms - enabling the ability for users and guests to search for us online, making us 'findable'.
